Virgin Material PTFE Extruded Rods
Diameter 1-5mm rods are made of polytetrafluoroethylene resin by paste extrusion processing; Diameter 6-200mm rod selection suspension PTFE resin made by plunger processing; Diameter more than 200mm rods by molding production.
PTFE Rod can be used as anti-corrosion materials, can manufacture a variety of anti-corrosion parts, such as pipes, valves, pumps and fittings joints. Chemical equipment, can be produced reactor, distillation column and anti-corrosion equipment lining and coating.
PTFE rod can be used as self-lubricating bearings, piston rings, oil seals and seals. Self-lubrication can reduce wear and heat and reduce power consumption.
